This unique event is a fundraiser to benefit Special Olympics Wyoming athletes. It's the ultimate tug-of-war challenge... and a GREAT team-building event! Gather a team and play "tug of war" with a fire truck. The team with the fastest time will be crowned the Fire Truck Pull Challenge Champions! Bring all your fans to cheer you on during your shot at the Fire Truck Pull!
The public is encouraged to put together teams of 10 to fundraise and compete at pulling a fire truck 20 feet! Entry fee is $250 per team. Spectators are welcome and encouraged to attend this family-friendly event. Please come join us!

Laramie County Businesses, First Responders, Volunteers, Fire Truck Pull Teams, and all the many other individuals who make this event possible. On behalf of our Torch Run Committee, we would like to thank Target for allowing us to host the event in their parking lot (along with Perkins Restaurant and #1 Properties), Cheyenne Fire and Rescue for providing the Fire Truck and equipment to have our event, the Salvation Army for providing drinks and snacks, Ken Garff Ford, Hyundai and Toyota for providing our registration trailer, Trophy Creative for donating our trophies for the event, AMR for providing a Team in the event we needed medical assistance, Winker Brother's Towing and Recovery for assisting with a generator and setup, Trader's Shoppers Guide for promotion support prior to our events, Wyoming Highway Patrol Association for supporting our event with their trailer, our State Special Olympic Office in Casper who assist with promotion of our events and supplies, and all our Fire Truck Pull Teams and their supporters who make this event possible to assist our Community's Special Olympic Athletes and their Families
