Jen Haines - CEO/President
The CEO manages the overall administration and management of the organization, including program services, development, and administration. Hire, lead, and coach a strong management team. Focus on planning and execution, fund development, and relationships with the community. The President & CEO advises the board on policy matters, will ensure plans and policies established by the board are followed and will communicate to the board all significant progress, opportunities, and critical events.
Laura Kelly - Vice President of Programs
This position supervises the Director of Program Services and Director of Unified Champion Schools, and reports to the CEO. Supervision of the Director of Program Services involves work collaboratively to provide support and direction to all Area and Local Programs in Wyoming. Provides leadership to areas of competition, training, athlete recruitment, family services, volunteers, fundraising, and Athlete Leadership Programs (ALPs). Supervision of the Director of Unified Champion Schools involves oversight and support of Unified Champion Schools, health programs, Unified Sports®, and Young Athletes activities.
Madi Miller -Vice President of Development
This position supervises the Director of Law Enforcement Torch Run and the Director of Communications & Special Programs, and reports to the CEO. The VP of Development executes a revenue plan, provides leadership, direction, and management of continual key fundraising efforts to support the agency’s mission. This position identifies and cultivates new and existing partnerships that increase revenue, including sponsorships, grants, and other funding.
Amber Bliss - Director of Program Services
Responsibilities Include: Works closely with volunteers, athletes, coaches, and community partners and acts as a liaison between local programs and the state office. Provides support and direction to area directors and local programs and their activities.
Cathy Bisiar - Director of Law Enforcement Torch Run
Responsibilities Include: Organization, delivery, and support to the Law Enforcement Torch Run in Wyoming including Torch Run events, fundraising, and the coordination of Jackalope Jumps.

Responsible for all functions of Unified Champion Schools (UCS). UCS program contact for Special Olympics Wyoming, providing UCS programming and services, information, equipment, and other resources to schools all across the state.
Gabriel Lattimer - Director of Communications and Special Programs
Responsible for implementing the overall marketing and communications plan for Special Olympics Wyoming across a variety of media resources. Implements special program opportunities for athletes including health programs and Young Athletes.
Christine Rodriguez - Office Administrator
Responsibilities Include: Bookkeeping, Area Accounting, Database management, and inventory.
Molly Blomstrom - Office Assistant
Responsibilities Include: Thank you’s, Inventory, Receptionist, filing, data entry, and general office support.
Katy Brittain - Area 1 Director
Responsibilities Include: Providing support to local programs. Provide oversight to Area level competition. Assist in athlete training; program growth, and fundraising activities.
Kirklin Carroll-Vincent - Area 2 Director
Responsibilities Include: Providing support to local programs. Provide oversight to Area level competition. Assist in athlete training; program growth, and fundraising activities in Southwestern Wyoming
Marsha Dial - Area 3 Director
Responsibilities Include: Providing support to local programs. Provide oversight to Area level competition. Assist in athlete training; program growth, and fundraising activities in Southeastern Wyoming.
Carrie Pilcher - Area 4 Director
Responsibilities Include: Providing support to local programs. Provide oversight to Area level competition. Assist in athlete training; program growth, and fundraising activities in Northeastern Wyoming.
Barb Flinn - Area 5 Director
Responsibilities Include: Providing support to local programs. Provide oversight to Area level competition. Assist in athlete training; program growth, and fundraising activities in East Central Wyoming.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the effective management, direction, and mission of the organization. The essential functions of the Board shall be policymaking, the assurance of sound management, increasing public awareness of the population with intellectual disabilities, and active participation in the provision of necessary funds.
