The 27th Annual Festival of Trees will be Tuesday, December 1st at the Wyoming Athletic Club. 

This event showcased some of the best food Casper has to offer, the talents of the tree designers and the generosity of the Casper Community.

Date of Event: Tuesday, December 1st, 2015

                            6:00 pm to 10:00 p.m.

Description of Event: Festival of Trees – Our 26th annual event is an auction of fully decorated Christmas trees, wreaths, centerpieces, trips and items donated by individuals or local businesses, to be purchased by the public. The Christmas trees are live auctioned on Tuesday, December 2nd at the Wyoming Athletic Club. The event begins at 6:00 p.m. with a silent auction and cocktails. The live auction will begin at 7:00 p.m.

Goal: To raise much needed funds and awareness for Special Olympics Wyoming

programs statewide while educating an audience of more than 400 guests about the

mission of Special Olympics Wyoming.

Tickets: $50.00 per person or two for $75.00.

Sponsorship: Sponsorships for this event range from decorating a Christmas tree up to a $25,000 Platinum level sponsorship. Trees are purchased and decorated by a company, organization or individual. Trees will be auctioned off to the highest bidder.

Location: The Wyoming Athletic Club~ 455 Thelma Drive Casper Wyoming

Format: Guests arrive and are greeted by Special Olympics Athletes and register for an evening of entertainment, holiday hors d’ oeuvres, strolling among dozens of decorated trees and Silent Auction items.

Teddy Bear Tea

Date of Event: Sunday, November 29th, 2015 - 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Location of Event: Wyoming Athletic Club

Description of Event: An afternoon to bring children together to visit with and have your picture taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus; bring a new Teddy Bear for our traditional “Teddy Bear” tree; enjoy strolling among the decorated auction trees; sip flavored teas, hot chocolate and eat warm cookies.  Most of all, vote for your favorite tree.

Goal: To raise awareness for Special Olympics Wyoming programs statewide, promote
the Festival of Trees and determine the People Choice award.

Tickets: The donation of one new Teddy Bear.
